The Lindsays

Jack Lindsay

Jack Lindsay was Norman Lindsay's son. Born 1900, died 1990. He started Fanfrolico Press in London, translated many works, and wrote a large number of books. I collect his books, especially the Fanfrolico Press books, although they can be very hard to find and very expensive to acquire.

As with Norman Lindsay, I have found it hard to find good lists of the books that Jack Lindsay wrote. So I am going to attempt to compile my own lists for my own purposes. If they help anyone else, that will be a bonus. This is the first rough cut.

Much of the material comes from the little booklet on Jack Lindsay printed by the Chiron Press, 1982.

This list is just a start. I'll keep adding till I get to about 1980, and then there's another 10 years worth of books that I know nothing about. More research to come. I never knew he was so prolific until I start listing the books out. It's going to take forever to get just the interesting books.
